Visit Google AI Studio

Navigate to aistudio.google.com in your web browser. This is Google's official platform for accessing AI APIs and managing your API keys.

Sign In with Google

If you don't already have a Google account, create one for free. Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner and authenticate with your Google credentials. This ensures secure access to the Google AI services.

Create an API Key

Once logged in, navigate to the API keys section. Look for the "API Keys" menu item in the sidebar or dashboard, then click "Create API Key" to generate your free API key.

Choose an appropriate name for your key (like "QuotyAI-Free") and select the free tier options to ensure you don't incur any charges.

Copy Your API Key

After creating the API key, you'll see it displayed in your API keys list. Click the copy button next to the key to copy it to your clipboard. This key will be used to authenticate with Google's AI services.

Important: Keep your API key secure and never share it publicly. You can always regenerate or delete keys from your AI Studio dashboard if needed.

Configure QuotyAI

Now that you have your API key, head over to the QuotyAI platform and enter your key in the settings page. Look for the API configuration section and paste your Google AI Studio key.
