Terms of Service

Governs your use of QuotyAI at quotyai.com and portal.quotyai.com. Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. The service

QuotyAI provides AI assistants for sales, booking, quoting, and customer support across websites, messaging channels (including Facebook Messenger via the Meta Graph API), and connected business tools. The service includes a landing site atquotyai.com and an admin portal atportal.quotyai.com.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to ourPrivacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
  • You must provide accurate business information and keep connected integrations (e.g., Facebook Page access) current.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability, policies, and other business content you feed to the AI assistant.

4. Facebook / Meta integration

  • Connecting a Facebook Page requires Facebook admin rights to that Page and is done via Meta OAuth / Business Suite.
  • You authorize QuotyAI to receive Messenger webhook events for your connected Pages and to send replies through Meta's APIs on your behalf.
  • You must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy, and applicable messaging rules (e.g., 24-hour messaging window, message tags, opt-in requirements).
  • You may disconnect the integration at any time from the QuotyAI portal or from Facebook Page settings. Disconnection stops further data exchange; see Data Deletion for removal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for spam, deception, harassment, or unlawful, misleading, or abusive messaging.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of Meta policies or telecommunications law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Use outputs as professional legal, medical, or financial advice without qualified human review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta policies.

6. AI-specific disclosures

  • AI-generated replies are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing business-critical outputs (pricing, availability, bookings).
  • QuotyAI provides deterministic quoting tools to reduce hallucinations, but does not guarantee error-free output.
  • Human handoff features should be configured for sensitive or high-value conversations.

7. Plans, billing, and trials

  • Paid plans, limits (assistants, conversations, languages), and prices are shown in the portal at purchase time.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Trial or free-tier limits may change; we will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes.

8. Intellectual property

  • QuotyAI retains all rights in the platform, software, models configuration, and documentation.
  • You retain rights in your business content and customer data. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.
  • Feedback and suggestions may be used by us without obligation.

9. Third-party services

The service interoperates with third parties (Meta, hosting, payment, analytics providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes, but will make reasonable efforts to adapt.

10. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support channels, response targets, and status information are published at quotyai.com/support/.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the service, including AI-generated content or Meta platform actions. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel at any time via the portal. Termination stops future billing.
  • We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal / Meta compliance reasons.
  • On termination, your access ends and data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page (deletion or anonymization within 30 days unless law requires otherwise).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
